We primarily help multifamily unit property owners with professional repairs. This often is once rentals have been vacated by long-term renters, or owners want renovations to increase market value, or restoration after infestations or water damage.

I contacted Terry Construction Group to assist me with a rebuild of my kitchen and bathroom after we experienced a leak. Jon Terry came to my house to do a walk-through and provide an estimate. Within 2 days he sent me a detailed bid with pricing (unlike the original contractor). I submitted the new bid to my adjuster and it was immediately approved. Knowing that we’d been dealing with a demo kitchen and bathroom for months Jon scheduled our project quickly.
Jon and his team arrived on Day 1 to walk through the project and confirm the final details. Carlos and Michael did an excellent job during the 2 weeks they were on-site at my home. They alerted me to a scratch on the new bathroom vanity and after realizing the cabinet place no longer sold the same face plates, they were able to rebuild the kitchen cabinets using the original faces saving us from having to replace all of the kitchen cabinets.
Jon helped me understand the budget and where we could make adjustments. The project took 2 weeks to complete. Communication before, during, and after was fast and seamless. David sent detailed emails discussing the next steps as well as attached invoices and when the payments were due. I am so happy with the work they did. Jon and his team are honest, hardworking, and talented. I would highly recommend Terry Construction Group for future home restoration projects.
