The consequences of damaged wood can be extremely detrimental to your home and ignoring it will eventually diminish the overall value of your property. Addressing damaged wood promptly is crucial to prevent the escalation of problems and to maintain the longevity of your property.

TGC has over 25 years of specialized experience in addressing and preventing wood-destroying agents. We understand the serious threats that termites, wood-boring insects, and fungal decay pose to the foundation of your woodwork.

These agents can silently undermine the structural stability of your home, causing extensive damage that goes beyond the surface.

All this experience has given us extensive knowledge about all types of wood structures, framing, and requirements of your home. We’re truly unprecedented experts in this field thanks to so many years of seeing it done right - and wrong. This means we can repair your wood issues with an expert perspective and skill.

If you are an owner of any multifamily buildings with 3 or more units, the state of California now requires periodic inspections on these buildings (Balcony Inspection Law), due to an unfortunate collapsed balcony incident that claimed 6 lives in 2015.

Multifamily unit owners only have until January 1, 2025 to complete the first inspection.

These inspections can only be performed by a licensed architect, civil or structural engineer, or a licensed architect. The report and the repair work cannot be done by the same party. So, once you have your report, our team of wood repair experts is here to help you become compliant by fixing any issues.
